Want to get more active? Need a bit of motivation?
Get involved in the six week Get Active Challenge and exercise your way around the Cornish coast, either with your workmates or as an individual!

Receive notifications:
By registering there's an option for us to keep you up to date with all the latest developments on the site and Activity related news and events throughout Cornwall.

Register your interest:
If the activity you're interested in is not available in your area you can register your interest with coaches and organisations. If there's enough demand they might be able to start classes and let you know.

Save your Results:
Save your results so you can track your BMI history and create new profiles enabling you to save your family or friends results too.

Save your Wish List:
Save your wish list of classes you have found within the Activities
section of the site.

Promote your organisation:
Whether you run an activity, are involved in a sports club, are a fitness instructor or have an event coming up that will get people active… you can promote what you do for free by registering your organisation.
