Penzance Tennis Club is now the only tennis club in Cornwall to have been awarded LTA Performance Landscape status. This means the club will receive further funding and support from the LTA to provide player coaching and development. The scheme is aimed at helping talent to fulfill their full potential by providing excellent facilities and top quality coaching, including fitness training and modern sports science....

LEARN TO DANCE SALSA AND HELP RAISE FUNDS FOR LITTLE HARBOUR CHILDREN’S HOSPICE SOUTH WESTA special Charity Salsa Night is being held at Trethurgy Village Hall, Trethurgy, St Austell on Monday 23 April. There will be three levels of classes; Complete Beginners at 7.00 pm, Technique 8.00pm and Improvers 9.00pm. There is no need to book just turn up on the night.Everyone welcome with or without a partner and no prior experience required for the beginners class. Cost of £5 per person with all proceeds for the night will go to Little Harbour, Children’s Hospice South West. Salsa classes are a great way to meet new friends and get fit without needing to visit a gym!
