New iPhone app that could change your exercise routine

The iPhone has fast become the must have gadget and now thanks to a new fab little app by Map My Tracks sport lovers can turn their phones into training computers.

OutFront is the brand new app available to the iPhone and for £1.79 you can change your exercise regime completely.

It turns your phone into a high performance, multi-sport, cross training computer that can be applied to almost any outdoors sport. But at a fraction of the usual cost for a training device like this.

OutFront allows users to see how many calories they have burned, elevation gain or loss, monitor their speed, pace and distance. It also maps out new routes and then allows you to sync your progress online for others to see and follow.
