Healthy Living

Living a healthy lifestyle isn't just about being more active...

We've put together this area of Get Active Cornwall to help you think more about the choices you make and how they could be affecting your health.

Each year the Cornwall and Isles of Scilly NHS spends millions of pounds to treat people with illnesses and diseases caused by inactivity, smoking, obesity and alcohol abuse. Just imagine what that money could be spent on if we all did our own little bit to get ourselves healthier and avoid getting ill!

The idea of changing what we eat, cutting down on how much we drink and stopping smoking might seem like hard work but nobody's asking you to make huge sacrifices. Take a look through these pages to see what small changes you could be making to achieve some big results!
