Ingredients: | 1 large fillet smoked mackerel or 1 can of sardines in oil |
Method: | Remove the skin from smoked mackerel or drain sardines in the sieve. Cut the lemon in half and squeeze out the juice, add to the fish mixture and season with pepper. Chill until ready to serve. Serve with a salad and crusty bread. |
