Ingredients: | 500g 1lb extra lean sausages |
Method: | Cook the sausages either under the grill or in the oven until cooked through. Meanwhile, Put the cous cous, peas and sultanas into a large bowl. Pour over the boiling water and leave to soak for 5 minutes. On the chopping board, cut the green beans and peppers into pieces. Stir the vegetables, juice, garlic, oil and a little pepper into the cous cous and mix together well. Spoon onto the plates and top with the sausages. |
