A quick and easy exercise suitable for beginners; that can be made more difficult for progression if required.

Instructions:

Literally - jog on the spot! Make sure you keep your knees soft as you move.

How to make it more difficult:

To make the exercise easier, march on the spot or do not lift your legs as high as when you jog.

To make it harder, go faster and/or lift the legs higher.
