Pole fitness

Pole fitness is a fantastic way to lose weight, keep fit and tone up.

Using a pole for fitness is now seen as a fun and exciting way to exercise and anybody of any shape and size can do it.

Generally a session will consist of a thorough warm up, being taught how to move round the pole. Depending on your fitness level, experience and ability, you will progress on to more advance spins, climbs and poses. Followed by a cool down and stretch.

All equipment will be provided at a class but you should wear comfortable clothing.
