Association of Capoeira - ACER was founded in Brazil in the 70's by Mestre Celso 71 yrs old, today the OLDEST Master teaching and playing Capoeira in Rio and UK. ACER Capoeira UK was founded by C.Master Rodrigo in 2001 with classes for children and adults in Cornwall, Kent, London, Newcastle, Surrey and York as well as abroad.
