Archery
Shooting an arrow with a crossbow. Once the archer adopts the correct stance and position the string hand is drawn towards the face, where it should rest lightly at an anchor point. The bow arm is held outwards toward the target. The arrow is released by relaxing the fingers of the drawing hand.
