LEAP Active
LEAP Active works throughout Cornwall encouraging people to become more physically active in their daily lives. The project supports two target age groups; younger people (11 - 16 years) and older people (50+). They are a team of 'Activators' who form a point of contact for local people living in Cornwall wishing to become more physically active.

The Works
